Nowdays , almost all of the population is addicted to mobile phones. Mobile phones are now the neccessity of human being because the survival without phones is not possible nowdays. Our youths is also facing the addiction promblems because of mobile phones.  So , in this era is it possible to live a day without a cell phone?  This is a major question for our youth.  The side effects of cell phones is very harmful for us because it prevent our mind to be growth to be learn more and more. The addiction of smartphone is known as nobophobia. 

The heavey use of mobile phones is going too dangerous beacause , it causes more loneliness , depression, and anxiety. It may seem like lossing ourselves because of this online traping world. We make many online friends instead of real or trusty friends. That is the major reason of our depression. We are happy in the world of online sites and because of this we are alone in the real world. According to a research the scientist told that the presence of the phones in a work place causes the poor performance on the work. The excessive use of smartphones is also disturbs from proper sleep .  It can affect your memory , affect your health and also loss the proper thinking capacity. 

There are some tips to modify the use of mobile phones. 

1 - set goals for your mobile phone use timings. 

2 - Turn off the mobile phones at a certain period of time. 

3 - Don't bring your phones to your bed. 

4 - Replace your mobile phones with a healthy and benificial hobbies. 

5 - Remove the soacial media plateform from your mobile phone. 

6 - Limit your time towards you mobile phone

Nowdays , many Rehabitation centres are also work on the mentally addictive persons. They help the youths to control about smartphones addiction and control their habbit by different types of yoga and other mind diverted gamesโ€ฆ These type of centres . And you can also try a sport coach , doctors , relatives , and also counsellers. Don't be afraid to seek professionals counselling , if you are concerned about your family member.. It is neccesary to help out that type of people who is badly suffering from the addication promblems. The addication may be cause some big mental problem if we can't take it seriously towards our family or towards our society.
