The couple of word “WOMEN EMPOWERMENT” may be defined as a multidimensional social process that helps women in gaining control over theirs own lives in the society.

• Women Empowerment is empowering the women to take their own decisions for their personal as well as the societal development and wants to helps in improving the standard life of women in rural and metro areas.
• Empowerment of women wants to solve societal problems like poverty, birth control, unemployment and so on in India.
• The essential point is to give education for a girl children is the main thing in women empowerment.
• Women empowerment refers to making women powerful to make them capable of deciding for themselves.
• Treat women equal as similar as men because they are also human beings and their body functions and mental capabilities are all similar to men.
• One of the important problems of women is that workplace harassment of women and there are so many cases of rape, kidnapping girls as well as women, dowry problems. They require empowerment of all kind of harassment and to secure their dignity for all the safety of the women.
• The female gender has faced subjugation and systematic oppression throughout the history and the situations calls for improvement in their condition in society.
• For empowering women as the majority of India's population resides in the village especially in the rural areas wants to focused by the government.
• We have to five self confidence to grow in their ability to move freely within the society and it can be analyzed as an important factor behind women's increased economic status.
• Moreover, the education and freedom scenario is very regressive here women are not allowed to pursue higher education and they are married of early.
• We wants to give their own decision to get marry in the right age. Many parents are married their children at the age of eighteen but it is the not the right age, women wants to stand in their own leg before they get marry.
