Soori performs the role of Kumeresan, a police officer assigned to a delicate hilly area where the fighting is most fierce. Inadvertently saving the life of an indigenous woman as he gets to know the area earns him the wrath of his superiors and exposes him to the brutality of the local police squad. The department starts "Ghost Hunt," an operation to apprehend Vaathiyaar (Vijay Sethupathi), the activist group's head, and obstruct their advancement. While Vaathiyaar's whereabouts are unknown, Kumeresan claims to have some clues.

As Kumeresan develops feelings for one of the indigenous women (Bhavani Sre), the police force starts using force against the populace in an effort to apprehend Vaathiyaar.

With Viduthalai Part 1, Vetri Maaran, who is renowned for his gripping writing and production, provides another captivating story. The movie captivates the audience with tension right away and leads them through a voyage of powerful conflicts. Even though the conflicts' preludes are straightforward, Vetri Maaran's vision for how to present them is incredibly potent, giving the audience a surge of adrenaline.
The action sequences in the climactic moments are expertly performed, and they seamlessly lead into Part 2. A satisfying conclusion is provided by the brief glimpses of Part 2, leaving watchers anxious to learn the facts and politics underlying the conflicts. Vetri Maaran's depiction is impartial and presents both sides of the argument despite the fact that there are instances of police brutality. Soori fits in well with the cast, which was carefully selected.

AUDIENCE COMMENTS

climax of the film :
The first eight minutes of the film are a continuous shot, and the acting of vjs and soori is casual. Kumaresan's character development, the film's neutral script, and the cinematography transport us to the setting.

Maximum conversation: "Unaku therinja ponna?? It's “Na cal pani solidren abdinu gvm sonnadhum anga ellarayum orey mari dha chitravadha panranga ayya”

If you enjoy "realistic intence movies," you won't like this hype scene because it's a form of Docu-drama with an interesting screenplay. You can view this with "dark scene."

Negatives include:  some repeating sequences lag, as usual with meme makers troll dubbing

BGM and music : by Maestro Ilaiyaraaja
• Both tracks were fantastic, and the climax BGM was outstanding.

The final glimpses of the second portion were excellent.
Overall, this is a must-see film with some surprising scenes.

Overall, the action scenes are flawlessly executed, with smooth transitions, making it a must-watch production .
