Being alone or loneliness is actually a state of mind. Loneliness can be defined as the feeling lonely for more than once a week. Being alone is an unpleasant emotional response to perceived isolation. It is often associated with an unwanted lack of connection and intimacy with people. Loneliness causes people to feel alone, unwanted, and empty. People who are alone often crave for human contact, but their state of mind makes it more difficult to form connections with other people. If you feel alone and isolated, then that is how loneliness plays into your state of mind. There are many reason behind being alone. For example, a college student might feel lonely despite being surrounded by roommates and other peers. An employee in his/her work career might feel lonely after being transferred to a different cities, despite being constantly surrounded by other old company members.
when you are being alone, when you don't have friends to mingle and share things about you, be ok with that situation. It's quite normal and there are so many people who are going through it. When you are unhappy with being alone, surely it will effect your mental health. You start losing interest in everything. Always talk to your self, its too good if you talk to your self in front of the mirror. Try to go to a restaurant and have the food alone, go to a cinema hall and watch the movie alone, go to a mall and do the shopping alone. Because those people can do anything alone can survive any where in this world. Always try to keep your self busy with the works of your interest. Adopt new skills, get the new hobbies. Never let your self sit quietly and feel sad.
