The Happiness Formula
We as humans face many challenges in life, which often make us stronger and better.
But most of us either try to run away from challenges or give up to them.
What if I say that our potential is greater than any challenge.
We are not only human beings, we are evolving beings.
Yes, we evolve with time.
But sometimes, while facing the tough times, we forget the face of happiness and invite a lot of suffering and disturbance.
This blog is meant to show you the simple formula of happiness, which realised and formed into a habit makes happiness your hometown.
First of all, let us understand where suffering actually happens.
Is suffering an outside entity like a person, an animal or an object?
Or it is also a form of energy?
We as humans experience enegy in two ways : by allowing it to flow or by suppressing its flow.
When we allow the energy to flow freely, we feel the joy and peace to become our experience.
On the other hand, when we resist the flow of energy by trying to control everything too hard, we feel the tension and disturbance in our experience.
Now, let us proceed.
How to shift our experience from suffering to happiness?
It is essential to note that our greatest control is in our own cause.
Rather than worrying about the effect, we work on changing the cause.
As the cause changes, the effect has to follow. (The Universal Principle Of Cause And Effect).
So, where is the cause?
It is in our own thoughts.
Yes!!
What we keep thinking determines what we keep experiencing.
If we keep thinking negative for long, we experience negativity for long. (Cause and effect).
So, does that mean we have to control negative thoughts forcefully?
This is where the secret lies. No!!! Forcing something to stop makes it more intense, thereby intensifying the suffering.
What if I tell you there is an even better way of dealing with these negative thoughts?
Stop resisting anything. Welcome all. Don't keep rage against any thought. From the state of embracing and allowing every thought, you can now choose your heart's favorite thoughts easily.
Try this out. Next time you encounter a negative thought pattern, follow the above idea. But be aware of that thought. Even if you lose awareness for a while and get involved into that thought, you will regain that awareness after a while. Then relax with those thoughts.
If you follow this method for some time and make this your habit of dealing with negativity, I promise you will experience happiness like never before.
As your cause changes, so will your effect.
You will experience more and more happiness and nothing can stop you from being happy.
