Hello everyone, I hope you all are doing great. I am writing after a long time. This blog is going to be about some habits which are ruining our health. We all know that our activities effect our physical health but do you know it also impact our brain functioning. Whatsoever we listen to, any response we make- this all have a direct or indirect influence on our brain. So here a few habits which we need to stop for better health-
Using mobile phone all the time- If you use phone right after waking up till you sleep then it is not right. Sharing each and every little thing on social media, always texting or playing games continuously can affect our mental health. It becomes worse when we start to compare ourselves as it makes us dissatisfied with our lifestyle.
Listening to music at very high volume- Using headphones and keeping the volume full to listen to the music or any other thing can have a negative impact on ears and brain. High volume is not directly related to our brain but our ears are connected to the brain. When the ears get damaged by such high volume then it effects our auditory power and nerve tissue. Also check be cautious while using earphones.
Giving reactions when not needed- Some people are habitual of giving strong reactions on little things. This can make the person stressed and he might start to shout in anger.
Not drinking enough water- Water keeps our body hydrated and helps in keeping us healthy. When we don't drink enough water, it makes us dehydrated and it can lead to various problems.
Sitting all the time- Our lifestyle has made us to sit all day. In office, we sit in front of computer screen, at home we keep sitting to watch television, using mobile phones. This habit not only impacts our physical health but also mental health. Being inactive makes us feel more stressed. That's why we are always advised to do exercise. If you have a sitting job then take break between your work.
Not sleeping adequately- Sleep is essential for the rest of body. Try to maintain a proper sleep cycle. Avoid alcohol, caffeine and electronic gadgets in evening if you have problems in getting a sound sleep. Sound sleep is a must for healthy body.
