Aloevera - It helps in reducing swelling of cracked heels. Take two teaspoons of aloevera gel, 4-5 drops of glycerine and two teaspoons of coconut oil, mix it together and apply this paste on your feet and heels. Keep it for 15 minutes. Then massage until the skin absorbs it completely.
Olive oil - The nutrients present in olive oil help in providing nutrition to the skin. After cleaning feet with water, massage your feet with olive oil for ten to fifteen minutes. It helps in reducing the problem of cracked heels and regular massage makes the skin soft.
Baking soda - Baking soda helps in removing dead skin cells. Add one to two teaspoons of baking soda in a little water and make a paste. Apply it on feet and wash it after sometime. It can be used two to three times in a week.
Before applying anything on the full area, make sure to have a patch test to know if it suits your skin or not.
