Please note that excess of everything is bad. There are several benefits of jaggery discussed above but each and everything is good in a limited quantity only. Consumption of jaggery in excessive amount can cause diabetes, problem of excessive weight, allergy etc. It is advised to be consumed in a proper quantity only.
