Hello everyone, I hope you all are doing well. Welcome to another blog. This is recipe of cheese butter garlic bread - it sounds delicious, isn't it? It is perfect for our cheat snacks… hahaha. Most of us think that it is a time consuming process to make garlic bread at home so we prefer to order it from outside but what can compete with the taste of the food that you prepare yourself because you know the efforts behind the preparation. You do not need oven to make it and it can be prepared very quickly if you have the ingredients ready (we are going to use bread slices so it becomes kind of an instant recipe). Let's get into the recipe.
The following ingredients are required to make cheese butter garlic bread-
Bread 6 to 8 slices, mozzarella cheese- half a cup, capsicum- 1/4 cup, chopped green chilli- 2, butter 5 to 6 tablespoon, garlic 6-8 clove, chopped green coriander leaves 1 tablespoon and 1 tablespoon of oregano.
Method- take a bowl and add cheese, chopped capsicum, green chilli, coriander leaves, three to four cloves of garlic (put aside some garlic as we are going to use it later) and oregano. Now take a bread slice and spread the prepared mixture on it. Take one more bread slice and put it on the previous bread slice just like we make sandwich. Now take another bowl and melt butter in it, add coriander leaves and remaining garlic and mix it well. Put a tawa on the gas stove and let it get heated. Once tawa is heated, spread some butter mixture on it and a little bit of oregano, now take the prepared sandwich and put it on the tawa and apply butter on the upper side and cook it properly. Now flip it over to make it crisp from other side as well. Now what are you waiting for your garlic bread is ready. Repeat the process to make rest of the garlic bread also. Serve it with sauce or tea or cold drink, anything that you prefer.
