I am neither heartbroken nor in a one-sided love story. Well, not anymore. But I do wanna talk about it with you guys.

If you have ever been a sufferer of the famous one-sided love, this post will be damn relatable! If not, then well, just be a dear reader:-)

Have you ever met someone who just made you feel something you have never ever felt? Someone that just converted or made you feel that feeling that you have always joked about with your friends and referred to it as 'Dhokha'.

Well, the thing is that when this feeling hits, you neither think about self-respect nor about other important parts of your lives. You just chase after that person like a lost puppy.

And sometimes it works. That love does work! The other party becomes interested in you and well you know what happens. But we ain't gonna talk about that!

We gonna talk about when the other party doesn't give a shit! Because that's how cool we are! Thing is, you try, you try and try to make them feel the same way as you! And when it all fails.......you still try because giving up seems like losing a part of yourself!

There's always a tiny speck of hope, given by friends, and even those flirtatious texts that make you think you still have a chance. Even if they give you hints that as a couple you two might not be great, you still think otherwise! Just because, it's your heart screaming- First Love!

Sometimes, you would try giving it all up to just free yourself of that burden. But thinking that the person you love would just become a tiny speck, a tiny thought in your mind, or more precisely a chat locked at the bottom of your whats app!

It hurts deeply, cuts your heart in half but you can't do anything about it! It happens, shit happens!

But let me tell you one thing. If you were brave enough to pull yourself out, there's no one stronger emotionally than you!

Don't guilt yourself for that! It needed to happen. It did happen! Well, try all you want but you won't forget them. That ain't gonna happen. What can happen is that you can move on and be ready for someone who actually loves you, and treats you the way you deserve. And that's when you will know that yeah, I did a great thing!

Even though the above might be something really unrelatable to you, it sure as hell is relatable for us One-Sided partners!
