The Mood Changer - Mood Swings

Hi everyone, today i am going to write about mood changes with focus on the low days. So as we all know human emotions ranges on a broad scale with both way extremes, it could be sometimes on the higher side and sometimes on the lower side or it could be a mix. 

We often hear someone telling ‘I am feeling low today’ or they might say ‘ I am feeling very depressed today’. Other people get confused thinking that the person is maybe talking about his physical health. Hence in return the immediate question that pops up is; “what happened? Are you not feeling well”. People often tend to forget that feeling low or mood changes could be a result of the accumulated behaviors of others. It is not necessary that one would have to be unwell for a mood change.

Primarily there are a variety of emotions like anger, sadness, happiness, emotional etc. 

The range of emotions a person feels is essentially a part of his/her mental health. People very often choose to ignore how they behave and make others feel and most of the time purposely do it. 

such ignorant behaviour itself is emotionally disturbing and that to when done purposely. This pushes a person towards depression which is the most important leading cause of sucides across the globe.

To hurt people and poke them around is very easy and it takes nothing to be inconsiderate towards others. On the flip side it takes a huge lot of efforts and pain to bring happiness to others. Even a small smile on their face if we can do small things for them is an achievement. 

Today at this stage personally speaking a rollercoaster ride of emotions are a thing of everyday life and honestly it is difficult to decide how to judge and analyse the reactions and behaviour of others. Having said that I strongly believe that however or in whatso ever manner we behave depends on us but life is a full cycle if we behave bad with others sometimes or the other it will boil down to us as well.

Hence one should always be very cautious about how they are behaving around other people. We do not know what someone else is facing, which type of stress they are facing. Hence compassion, empathy and sympathy should be on the top of list. That does not mean that one starts helping out randomly without considering his/her own problems. 

I would just like to conclude by saying that though it is always easier said than done, but one should always try uplifting others irrespective of the fact that they are new to you, or younger or very senior to you. There is no need for unwanted hate and rudeness.
