Lamb Korma is a delicious lamb preparation that can be made at home using ingredients readily available in your kitchen. Here's how you can make this delicious treat. Wash and drain the lamb pieces under cold running water. Now, place the lamb chops in a deep pot with 1/2 to 1 cup of water and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Now mix the soaked poppy seeds to get a paste.

Step 2 Dry roast spices
Simmer until the meat is 60% cooked and when cooked, turn off the heat. Dry roast all the ingredients in a pan for a few minutes. Transfer the roasted masalas to a blender and blend into a smooth paste. Heat oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Add the masala mixture and stir-fry with a little water. Place the cooked lamb pieces in the pan and saute until evenly coated. Add salt and mix well. Now, add the curd and water with the poppy seed powder and stir well.

STEP 3 Cook lamb over low heat and serve hot!
Reduce heat and cover the pan. If you want to make it tastier, add a little bit of black pepper powder, this will accentuate the flavor and add a nice dark color to the dish. Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes or until meat is tender. Turn off the heat and transfer the lamb recipe to a serving plate. Garnish the lamb korma recipe with ginger, coriander leaves, and lime juice. Serve hot with naan or rice. Advice
To cut down on cooking time, you can blanch lamb and then use it for korma.
In addition, if you want the dish to have a richer and more aromatic taste, you can dry roast the spices and then add them to the sauce.
To bring out the flavor of the dish, replace the regular oil with buffalo buttermilk.
