Hey paal, this is vyshale and this is my very first blog , everybody loves cake right? I am a huge fan for cakes ., more than that I love eating my own baked cakes but the miserable thing is I have never made a palatable cakes . after multiple hit and trail actually made a good cake . so I am quite interested in sharing some tips which may help you in baking.

First tip is that every ingredient you use should be at room temperature ,never add the ingredient right away from the freezer it makes your cakes hard and little cliff in texture. If you readily wanna bake cakes' you just add the ingredient in normal water and allow it to sit for some time it makes it to easier to settle down to normal temperature.

Second tip is that if you are all set with your wet and dry ingredient and you're just a step prior to mix the cake batter , make sure you never use an electric mixer to mix the batter, just in one word don't over mix your cake batter it seriously tends to get rid of air bubbles and may ruin the cake.

Third tip is that properly understand your ingredient , like if you are adding baking soda to your cake since it is acidic in nature it needs an another acid to get activated , so make sure you're adding a ingredient which goes with it like example cocoa powder which is acidic in nature ,if your making plain vanilla neither skip the baking soda nor just add a teaspoon of lemon or else it will be prone to a horrible soapy taste ,which may  blow off your taste bud.

Fourth tip is that measure all the ingredient before using , this is actually the primary step in baking, and just sieve the dry ingredients to get rid of bigger chunks.

Fifth tip is that do not add excess quantity of ingredient in sake of boosting taste like adding more cocoa powder will never make it more chocolaty because you need a amount of sugar to balance the bitterness of chocolate.

sixth tip is prep your baking pan properly before you start baking, that makes the cake easily comes out from the pan without any damage to the cake.

These were some tips which made my cake from boon to ban ,hope it helped you in some way .
