We humans are full of flaws and yet have a sense of humanity. Both of these qualities make us who we truly are. All of us have several different habits both good and bad. These habits control the way we are, the way we think, and what we become in the future. I am compiling a list of 5 habits (that some of us think are cool but actually are not) that are doing you more bad than good.
2. Getting up late: Our generation hardly sleeps at night, as a result, we end up late in our beds in the morning. What we fail to realize is the importance of getting up early in the morning. Waking up early can cure half our problems. If we try getting up early, we can have a great schedule for the whole day along with a dash of positivity and a pinch of cheerfulness throughout the day.
3.Overthinking: This particular habit is common among us all and it tends to eat half of our minds. Aimlessly sitting and overthinking has not brought any good to anyone and it never will. This is one such habit that will eat us up from the inside. It can also lead to some serious issues with our mental health (trust me when I say that NOTHING is more important than your mental peace).
4. Trusting easily: You are gullible if you still do this. No one is worth your blind trust. There are enough examples present as to why not to trust anyone and everyone. Let people pass their fair share of tests in order to build trust. And if they fail, then do not at any cost trust them. Also, if you come across someone who is being over-friendly and sweet with you, then, it's a red sign and a total no to built trust.
5. Being egoistic: Your ego will not take you far in life, read it again! Being humble and kind, on the other hand, will be your shield in the long run. Ravana was killed because of his ego, we are mere humans.
None of these habits are connected to one another but yet they came to my mind. Maybe due to personal experiences I would say. But dropping these habits will definitely help you in life.
