Unwinding The Thoughts To Peace

Sometimes we have numerous thoughts running in our mind at the same time . We often feel distracted and are unable to focus on our work or studies.

We feel that we are caught up in so many things and then this results in stress which leads to bad situation of our mental health and our physical health .

Now how do we manage these things to avoid our physical and mental health ? 

Here's some very simple tips you can do ( trust me I've tried this and it worked for me ) 

If you ask these few questions to your self you will get the answer of all the thoughts flooding in your mind .

   1. Why?

Ask your self ‘ why is this happening to me?’ 

For eg : you are irritated by something and is causing negative of thoughts in that case you need to ask ‘ why am I irritated?’ 

Focus and try to find out the reason of how it started  and you will definitely get the answer  

Sometimes you'll find that the reason for all the thoughts flood was quite silly and your mind will  come to calm automatically.

Than ask your self another question 

   2. What 

 Ask your self What is the consequences of this?

Sometimes we overthink a lot without  knowing, as a result we experience absence of peace in our mind . By asking this question you acknowledge the how hard are your own thoughts affecting your health . At times it is hard to acknowledge  the actual consequences causing by your own thoughts , then you should Try to figure out was this same previously before you took up new work or any new activity? Think about the  activity when you didn't feel like this..  the. You'll know what action is affecting you.

 Self-Care 

Yes you are master of your own thoughts, it's in your hand to manifest your thoughts into good or bad  for this you need to take care of your health , mental and physical . 

How to ensure good mental health  

Overthinking leads to bad mental health so to avoid overthinking you can do these small and easy things 

MEDITATION 

Yes meditation helps to calm and soothes your mind . Maditation also surrounds you with positivity.

Do what you like 

Take a break and do whatever activity you like . Involve youself in activities like dance , reading watch a movie , go out have fun.

That's all it takes to unwind your thoughts to peace.
