Hello Everyone,
We all know how important is to stay positive especially during this time while the whole world is in pandemic . But how long can we hold ourselves ? How long can we pretend to be positive ? How long can we hold our outburst ?
We have to hold it .. there's no choice . Because if we let go all these there might be imbalance in our family peace because we live with our partners, parents and our change in our behaviour leads to change in everyone's behaviour in familyโฆ yeah I know that's sad , it's sad that we don't have privacy even to let go our mind free . I know it gets really overwhelming because others are unaware about our state of mind and some times it's better not to talk to family about this as it if there are people on medications, talking to them to release your stress may give them stress and that will lead to their bad health , we really don't want that. These things are unavoidable , so what can we do to let our mind in peace and be in a real positive state of mind rather than just pretending it?
1.Listen to good music
I have seen lot of people and most of my friends have a playlist of sad songs which they listen to when they are feeling sad , now read this carefully DON'T DO THAT! read it again and again DONT DO THAT!
Listing sad songs when you are sad takes you to deeper sadness and we don't want that right? We need to uplift ourselves rather than sinking our self into sadness that's why I said listen to good music means list to the music which uplifts your mind , uplifts your mood , listen to happy songs.
2. Do what you like the most .
Yes do what you like the most be it anything ! Be it cooking , be it painting, be it playing games , be it reading . Involve youself into some activities which makes you happy . I can understand at such time we really do feel like doing anything we don't even feel like to do our favourite things but believe me try to do it one day and see the result at the end of the day you'll definitely feel much uplifted than before . Doing something we like makes our mind divert from what we have been thinking and makes it fress .
