Take Care Of Your Skin Without Using Any Products

Our skin deserves better treatment . we have to love it and care it the better way , perfect skin is not possible but healthy skin is. but there are people who does not use any products but still want a good skin . this blog is for those, just add these tips in your lifestyle to make your skincare better.

CLEANSING DAY AND NIGHT:

Washing your face two times a day helps removing dirt ,thus prevents the pores  from clogging . just continue with the face wash or soap that you're using.

STOP TOUCHING YOUR FACE:

We keep our hands everywhere and touch our face. which transfer bacteria from hand to face , never do that. it only brings more acne and breakouts to your skin.

SUN PROTECTION:

Even if you doesn't like using sunscreen .always  carry an umbrella or duppata or a cap to protect you from sunlight. UV rays is very threatening to our skin as it promotes Premature aging , uneven skin tone etc.,

KEEP YOUR HAIR CLEAN:

This may sound silly but  your hair is above your face ,So if there are any impurities in your head ,there are many chances that it can transfer to your face . having forehead acne is one of the commen effect . So washing your hair atleast 2 times a week makes much more difference.

HYDRATION:

HYDRATION IS THE KEY!!

Drinking 3 to 4 liters of water every day has so much benefits not only for your hair but also for your skin . water will make you face GLOW , HYDRATED , AND FRESH ALL DAY.  you can see results from the first day.

EXERCISE:

 we all used to sit in a place and work or scroll ,so, EXERCISING / PHYSICAL MOVEMENT for 30 mins a day removes any kind toxins from body and it cools down the cells . it is proven that exercising reduces stress level of a person. it can be a workout / playing outdoor games/ walking / yoga/ skipping.

EATING HEALTHY:

It is not possible to eat healthy 24/7 . but having 80 % of homecooked healthy meal will do. healthy food doesn't need to be tasteless / bland . there are lot of recipes on the internet that are both yummy and healthy.

POSITIVE MINDSET:

POSITIVE MINDSET MEANS POSITIVE LIFE 

Stop expecting results and start doing with your complete involvement , surround yourself with good and caring people , enjoy life's little things , smile more and start loving yourself the way you are .
