"Change Your Lifestyle & Live Healthy" How?

Hello Readers, I am Vibhu and today through this post I am bringing you my knowledge over some minor lifestyle changes that can bring major positive changes, improves your medical health, fitness and mental health as well and leads you to live a healthy life.

Also this post is not related to any medical condition or consultations instead it focuses on lifestyle changes and fitness only.

Today's rush-full and busy life has completely changed the lifestyle of people in a ‘not so desired way’. They have very little or less time for themselves or for their fitness, healthy activities and lifestyle improvements. All those people who are not disciplined with themselves regarding health, they definitely faces a lot of problems in their later stage of life.

And we as human already have plenty of spaces, clean air to breathe, water to drink, sunlight, workouts, varieties of nutritious food, posititivity in thoughts etc which are sufficient to live a healthy life. But discipline comes above all of these because due to lack of proper discipline in any of the above component you can not achieve a good health & a proper state of mind.

Some naturopathic experts and modern day doctors have created some measures which provides effective outcomes if practised on a regular basis. I am going to tell you those one by one : 

Have Control Over : 

  • Very Spicy & Chilly foods.
  • Oily & street exposed foods.
  • Salty foods/Too much salt.
  • Sweets on a regular basis.
  • Ice creams & too cold eatables.
  • Soft drinks/Sodas/Alcohol.
  • Fast foods with low nutrition.

Atleast try to avoid above listed food items or eat them in a restricted or controlled way. You can start your routine with above mentioned point.

Workout Routines : 

Do workouts, yoga, pranayams, surya-namaskar (sun-salutation), jogging & weight training atleast for one hour everyday in the morning's fresh air.

Drink as much water : 

Try to drink atleast 2-3 liters of water every day & you may increase it according to situations or conditions.

Do this once a week : 

Try to keep fast or eat very light atleast once every week. This will allow some rest and repair for your digestive machinery & pump it to work even more after that.

Also try to have massage, sun bath and steam bath if availabe once in every week. It will improve body's blood circulation and keeps your body soft but strong at the same time.

Sleeping : 

  • Meditate daily before sleeping.
  • Keep medium soft bed.
  • Relax as much as you can.
  • Be Calm & Tension free.
  • Get up early in the morning.

Discipline : 

Be disciplined with what you do, Be focused and regular with your fitness activities. Fitness is not what you achieve overnight, It is like worship, you have to earn it through your dedication, discipline and patience. Once you are fit and healthy you will become more efficient at your other works.
