Do people who are working all day long need to exercise? 

Do people who have a busy schedule need to work out? 

Is it alright for business and working persons to not to keep their body fit?

      The answer to all of these questions is a BIG NOOO!

Health and fitness is equally important to all the people, regardless of their Age, Gender, Race etc. Being fit is one of the most important aspects in your live to live a happy life. MONEY IS NOT EVERYTHING. 

In life, Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, Everyone has their own Decisions, Choices, Dreams to pursue or follow. We cannot force somebody to do something that we want them to do as you don't have any authority over the person to take his/her decisions.

Whereas, There are some things in life which we should adapt all the time in our life. We all on Candlemonk are here to express are own Thoughts, Ideas, Experiences so this is my personal experience to recommend you all to start being fit (very actively) 

There are many people who sometimes never get to do their breakfast even due to a busy schedule in their life. Working is really good for you and your family but what if you are only taking care of your work and not your body? 

This becomes a major concern and a very big risk to your body. Being fit and keeping fitness as a part of your life helps you to lead a very healthier life.

To all the busy people in the world , The hardworking busy people and even the ones watching Netflix and chilling at home even in their utilisable free time. This blog is for you

I wont tell the busy people to spend their fully 2-3 hours in the gym or at your home working out. As if you are on a busy schedule, I assume you definitely don't have that much time in your day to spare. But here is what you can do to keep yourself fit even in a busy schedule 

HOW TO GET THE MOST OUTCOME EVEN IN A BUSY SCHEDULE?

  • Wake up almost 2-3 hours before your working hours. Wake up, Get fresh, Drink a coffee and go for a walk or go cycling. Whatever you feel like doing but just don't quit.
  • Take Yoga Classes in the morning go get pumped up for the day or even do stretching at home facing the sun as it helps you to get vitamin D.
  • If possible, Take a cycle to your work and even prefer walking if it is within 2 kilometres of radius of your home to office or workplace.
  • Go for a walk or walk in your office corridors after your lunch.
  • Also, Stretch a little before your bedtime to get a good quality and comfortable sleep.
  • Most important, Spend time with your family as it automatically helps to keep your mind off from stress and keep you happy

There are thousands of ways to keep yourself healthy and fit and these are just some small examples of it. As a regular and daily doing Gym person , I really recommend you all to start being fit as it can really have a major impact on one's life.
