Preparation of Manchurian Sauce:
1 tsp oil, 1 tsp finely chopped garlic, 1 tsp finely chopped small onion, 1 finely chopped small capsicum, 1 finely chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce 2 tablespoons red chili sauce
3 tablespoons of tomato ketchup
spoon vinegar
1/2 cup water 1/2 cup chilies 1/2 teaspoon pepper Spring onion greens
Method:
1. Grate the cabbage
2. Take shredded cabbage in a bowl
3. Add maida, cornstarch, ginger, garlic, red chilies, salt and pepper powder.
4. Mix everything well
5. Make small balls out of it and keep them aside
6. Heat some oil for deep frying
7. Add the balls to the hot oil and deep fry them
8. Set it aside
9. Heat a pan with a little oil, add garlic, ginger, onions, and capsicum, and fry them.
10. Add all the sauces and mix well
11. Add fried cabbage balls, red chili flakes, and pepper, and mix
12. Cook it for 5 minutes
13. Finally add spring onion green chilli and turn off the stove
14. Cabbage Manchurian Serve hot.
