The first habit that you should have in your daily routine is to get up early and you should create a morning routine for yourself that you should follow every day in your daily routine you should be able to follow a morning routine precisely every day that will give you a very good kick start to your day you will feel like you are organized and we will get a sense of confidence that I have achieved my first task of the day by following your daily routine so making a daily morning routine is one of the important tasks that you should do.

2. Drink Lots Of Water

Now, drinking water you will feel like it's a very simple task but you should create a habit in a daily routine that you must drink a Particular amount of water that you have decided to stick to that habit of drinking water every day so after getting up from your bed you should drink water one or two glasses of water because it will help you to get rid of body toxin that has been stored overnight so creating a habit of drinking water in a daily routine it must be a habit.

3. Doing one task at a time 

By doing one task at a time it will help you to focus on that certain task only because there are fewer people in the world that can do multi-task at the same time because multitasking is not the thing that everyone can do so by focusing on one task at a time will help you to fully focus on that task only and it will help you to grow your focus towards your work that you're doing so create a habit that whenever you do anything you should be doing one task at a time make that a habit in your daily routine it will help you a lot.

4. Set Limits To The Screentime.

You should know that how many times you are spending your day on screen the screen could be your mobile phone your laptop or your TV screen so you should aware that you should spend less screen time. because spending a lot of time in front of a screen can help you to create so many problems on your body it either would be back pain, or it would be putting stress on your eyes so you should make a timetable on limiting your screen time means. how much time you should spend in front of the screen will help you a lot and it will also help you to focus on other things. like reading books or following your hobby going to the gym playing your favorite sport it will help you to do that by limiting a scripter so this is one of the goods I bet that you should follow in your daily life.
