In the world of investor the investor is invest when they start the mutual fund as a beginner in investment so but when they start to liquid fund but at the end they start the equity fund because they gives you a more number of return in long time as well as short time as so the different is that in stock market and the mutual fund so on in that equity fund their are many types that you want to know as a investor so their are types are as follow -

sector specific fund -

             these mutual fund invest in specific sector These sector are like  a infrastructure and banking ,mining etc. or the specific segment like a mid cap, large cap ,small cap mutual funds they are suitable for the investor who gives the risk in their appetite so they can invest in the high risk appetite.

Index fund-

                         In the index fund the investor invest in the equity mutual funds but at the same time the they don't depend in the fund manager . In that they just depend in the index only. Index fund they follows the strategy of an a index funds it is based only.

Tax saving fund -In that tax saving fund they that the people who paid then tax this mutual fund is most important in that the funds gene be lock in specific time only so the investor like to invest in that funds

what is large cap funds- In the large cap fund the fund manager invest in the lager companies that companies they are successful in the market 

small cap fund - IN the small cap mutual fund the fund manner invest in the small companies these companies are they just start their companies but in that the these fund is high risky but it fund is good for the long time they give the best investment.

mid cap -In the mid cap mutual funds the ma=fund manager invest in the mid companies they just the companies and developing state they also at high risk also.

multi cap -In the multi cap mutual fund the fund manger invest they have a freedom to invest in the any sector like large cap mutual fund ,mid cap mutual fund and small cap mutual fund also thats why the fund its gives you the best return .
