Dear all, Hope you all are doing good. Thanks for the support. I am back with another blog that will depict one of my personal experiences. Yes, as the title suggest, I am going to talk about the sleeping in Terrace. Few days ago, I was seeing a comedy scene from one of the movies, where the hero will sleep with his friends in the Terrace. So, I too wanted to sleep in terrace like that. So, I got an idea of writing about this topic.

In my childhood days, I used to sleep in terrace, I am based out of city, still I had the chance of sleeping in nights in Terrace. But, this incident did not happen with my friends, but I have had the chance of doing so with my cousins. That too, it had happened for me during the summer vacations. In summer vacations, I am given full license to stay in my relatives house. They are very caring and it will be really happiness, as we get a lot of time to play and be free from parents.

So, it was very hot summer during that time and we did not have an Air conditioner during that time, Air conditioner is now part of most of the middle class family, but I am taking about early 2000's, during that time Air conditioner was the property of Rich people only. So, we were profusely sweating and did not know what to do. At that time, one of my elder cousin, came with this idea of sleeping in the Terrace. 

During those times, we did not have that much of scarce of theft. So, we just locked the door and took all the necessary pillows and bedsheets and moved to the terrace. We put the bedsheet on terrace floor and then put the pillows and then we slept on the terrace in a nice manner. It was really beneficial during those times and we had fresh air, since we were surrounded by huge trees and with the wind blowing, it was really pleasant and we slept very peacefully.

During the initial days, I had some fear, but I had overcome the fear on the subsequent days. I enjoyed those holidays by sleeping on Terrace in the night. For, few more years, I was a school student, so I was allowed to stay there and whenever I stayed there, we ensured we slept on terrace, but days went on, then there was completely no chance to sleep on Terrace. I wish, I could sleep on terrace in the near future.
