While potatoes are unquestionably a nutrient-dense food, they may produce chemicals like acrylamides when baked, fried, or roasted for an extended period of time. Studies have linked french fries to type II diabetes and hypertension.

5. Finished Meat:


Processed meat refers to meat products like ham, sausages, and canned meat that have undergone processing to increase their quality, flavour, and shelf life. Processed meat is classified as a Group I carcinogen by the World Health Organisation due to its propensity to cause cancer.
