Fortunately, I got selected in AMU( Aligarh Muslim University), Aligarh for pursuing my Masters. My parents are so much relieved and happy that I won't be going much far away from them now. As it takes only around 4-5 hours to travel to reach the destination. This distance is way less than the distance that I would have needed to travel to reach Uttrakhand Central University. 
 

First Day in the University:         on-  November 7,2022 

I had my first day in the university. There are only 10 seats in my course. Out of 10, I am the only hindu and the rest are Muslims. It's not like I have some issues with them , it's just that I faced so much difficulty while memorizing their names. They go like - Faiqa, Sadiya, Aalima, Iqra,Zia and so on. And they were talking about non-vegetarian food throughout the lunch break. And here I am , who has not even touched egg in my entire life. So I was not able to swallow the bite I put in my mouth and heard someone telling the other someone that they had  chicken leg piece in dinner last night. ( Apology if I am making you feel uncomfortable while reading this). There was lot more they discussed about their food, but I would stop it here because I don't wish to recall that again !  However, everyone is really nice and amiable . 
In Iqbal Sir's lecture while he was taking attendance, he pressurised my name and asked "So Sanchita, what does your name means ?" I answered "sir, there is a hindi word - sanchit, which means to collect or accumulate something." He fired his next question " what is being collected then?" I replied "could be anything, like treasure stones or any valuable stuff." His next question was " Do you have any interest in such collection?" I answered "yes sir I do have ." Him again, " what have you collected then, can you name anything?"  I got excited to tell them , I said " Once my Nana ji gave me a 10 Rs note, years ago, while he was alive, My father gave me a one rupee note when I got my first smartphone, that I still have with me. I also have my mother's key ring with her picture,from year 1994. And I also have.. uhhh..." He laughed with amazement and stopped me, saying " ok ok now we know why your name is Sanchita, That's very Good actually."   
And then he finished the class. Got introduced with other professors also. It was indeed a very nice day I had.
