1. Knee to Elbow Crunches 

  • Twist your upper body in one direction bringing the elbows to the opposite knee while fully extending your other leg.
  • The elbow to knee crunch is a core strengthening exercise that targets the lower abdominal and more.
  • The exercise specifically targets your core and glutes.Apart from these areas,it also work on your hamstrings,hips,shoulders,arms and quad muscles.knee to elbow kicks burn more calories .
  • Do this for 30sec.

2. Flutter Kicks

  • A Flutter kick is an exercise that specifically targets the lower abdominal wall.You perform this move by lying on your back and using your core to flutter your legs up and down
  • To avoid shoulder strain,keep your head,neck and shoulder flat on the ground instead of lifting them.
  • While you should not experience any knee pain during a flutter kick,bending your knees slightly instead of keeping them straight may ease any strain.
  • Do this for 30sec..

3.Crunch

  • The is one of the most popular abdominal exercises.It helps to build muscle.Performing crunches do not require any of those fancy gym equipment.
  • Benefits of doing crunches regularly :Burns belly fat.
  • Lie on your back on a mat.bend your knees and keep your feet firmly placed on the floor.Keeping your hands folded across your chest and your lower back fixed to the mat,raise your shoulders and the top half of your torso until you begin to feel a stretch in the upper portion of the abdominal.Lower slowly.
  • Do this for 30sec.

4.Reverse Crunches

  • The reverse crunch is a challenging core exercise that primarily hits your rectus abdominal,the muscle in your abdomen that makes up your six-pack.
  • less stressful on your back than crunches.
  • Lying on your back,lift your legs in the air with your knees bent.Place your hands on the floor besides you.
  • Do this for 30sec

5.Sitting Twists

  • Sitting twists are great calories burners.This core exercise is a good workout for abdomen.It also strengthens the lower back.
  • Sit with bent knees and your feet pressing firmly into the floor,holding your hands next to your chest.
  • Do this for 30sec
