This book is a total refreshing book . I am thoroughly inspired by the things pointed out in this book. There  are many new things that I never knew about lifestyle and habits. This book has inspired me to do things with a new perspective. This book has definitely changed me for better and I am more conscious about my daily habits. There are some very interesting points in this book that I would like to highlight. 

The very first point is:

  1. Do not procrastinate repeatedly- Here Author James clear have highlighted the importance of having consistency. If we cannot do a particular work today, we can do that but the next day we have to continue with our habit. If we go on procrastinating it for long then that would lead us to repeated failure. This is the reason why successful people are always successful. If they fail in something. They try to get out of it as soon as possible. Not realizing the problem of failure and avoiding the habit can lead us only to failure. so this is one of important points which I liked in this book. 
  2. The next point  is  about keeping a cue infront of us that would induce us to carry on with the work we  need to do.  For example if we need to drink water frequently, then we should keep some attractive bottles filled with drinking water infront off us so that we get attracted to water and keep drinking frequently.  This way many bad habits can be avoided also . If we keep positive ques infront of us then that would induce us to do positive things. So that would definitely lead us to healthy habits in life. 
  3. Repeatedly doing the same practice over and over again can actually lead us to success. Like if we are blogging. Then writing blogs everyday should be our practice. We should not leave writing for about a week and then again continue blogging. That would not lead us to success. If we are into singing profession, then practicing regularly can lead us to perform better. This continuous effort of doing the same thing regularly for days after day can make us to form a healthy habit of reaching success. 

There are more points in this book which would definitely help you to lead your life in a better way. So read the book if you want to draw the whole essence of growing healthy habits in life.
