Colors Make Our Life Happy ( Part-1)

Hai friends hope all are good and healthy, today I would like to share health benefits of colors. There is a lot of colors in this world these colors are very helpful for us to think creatively and travel along with us. Just imagine if without color how our earth looks and how all things we see looks in different colors. These all are God's gift along with the science. Let's see what are the colors used for health. Let's start our blog,

In this blog I share two colors that is green and yellow, other colors will be discussing in another blogs.

GREEN

GREEN FOR POSITIVE

Green color is widely available in the earth like grass, trees,green color fruits, green color vegetables and etc. In festivals we use banana leafs because it gives more health benefits when serving foods in banana leafs it prevent diseases from the food naturally banana leafs contain polyphenols which is used to prevent Manu lifestyle diseases.

Green color feeling stress free, relaxation, peace,rest, avoiding depression, nervousness and etc. Usually our eyes like to see green color because the green color has high healing power and it improves eyes vision and is very restful for eyes.

By using green color paint in bedrooms we feel peacefully and joyfully. Green color helps to sleep stress free in bedroom. For children green color helps to improve their creative power and activate their mind.

YELLOW

YELLOW AS A SUNSHINE

Yellow color is the favorite color that represents happiness, cheerfulness, increased mental activity and etc. As the color of the sun it seems like sunshine in our life and energy.

As per scientific research yellow color is the happiest color in the world. Yellow color is the brightest color in the visual spectrum and therefore it is the easiest color noticed by the human eyes.

Yellow color foods helps to improve mental health and it acts as a booster for energy. Yellow color also helps to boost skin health, hair health, bone health and dental health. Eating yellow colored fruits and vegetables serves a source of vitamins that helps to prevent cancer and it is good for heart and eyes.

Yellow color fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamins-A, B and E also it contains more fiber so it prevents digestive problems and illness.
