What You Resist, Persists. What You Accept, Transforms You.

Many opportunities are lost because of resistance. First, let's talk about internal resistance. We collect a lot of thoughts, prejudices, different likes and dislikes, tendencies, tendencies and as a result, we create some resistance. Sometimes this resistance comes in the form of racism, sometimes in the form of fear and dread, sometimes in the form of exaggerated warnings. In different ways, we express resistance.

What happens when we oppose something? That thing goes on and on. That thing goes on for a long time. We have seen this in our life. What we hate, what we oppose; They lived for a very long time. And sometimes it badly affects our health. Sometimes, it causes too much disruption, obstacles. We can see this happening. Some people are resistant to certain things and can't move forward; they stop. This is our food for thought today.

"When we argue with reality, we lose. But only 100% of the time."

are you happy where are you? Do you like your current reality? Or - like most of us - do you hate your problems and maybe your life?

OK, so loving your reality can be a tough question, but do you ever consider accepting your current reality or arguing against it?

Do you feel that accepting problems means you give your approval to them? Let me be clear: it absolutely isn't. [This is also a common obstacle to forgiving.]

Opposing problems is actually making them stronger. Compare this to lifting weights; Resistance creates power. Do you want your problems to be stronger?

We feel that our resistance is protecting us. think again.

Our resistance is protecting the problem.

Put another way, we are protecting our past. All those bad moments you say you want to forget.....Sorry, Peaches, but resisting them is really just keeping them safe.

Acceptance and surrender [versus protest] allow you to assume a calmer state of mind. It frees you up to react, not react.

Feedback allows you to make choices that really serve you.

Feedback also makes room for being grateful for the nonsense.

Not what you want to do, is it? Neither do I...

Look, a rubbish thing happened. By wishing for it—not opposing it—we hope to somehow eradicate its existence. We can somehow pretend that there is a possibility to go back in time to change this.

So first I appreciate your creative imagination...now let's talk turkey:

You use a lot of energy to chase the illusion that things could be different.

Labeling a past experience prevents you from seeing the opportunity it presents.

You can never be free from what you don't want.

This tug of war with your past stops when you let go of the rope.

"The moment you accept what trouble you've been given, the door will open."
