Well if this question comes to your mind , then I can presume that you are not the kind of usual guy, going by the norms of the society and that's totally appreciable. Now you got stuck between these two choices of yours and it's better not to take any suggestions from your friends or relatives and make sure that not to do anything in haste. Society will push you to go with the herd but if are the lone wolf, then congratulations welcome to 1% club.

Well enough of Motivation now let's get straight to the pros and cons of this two aspects.

Jobs advantages 

• It's secure as long as you have that skill in you or you have proven that one of a kind a very important person for that company, that it will be a very bad loss if they lose you.
• Some firms provide pensions, so your after job life wil be secure.

So primarily we saw that people find jobs more secure than his own startup or freelancing.

Disadvantages of Jobs 

• Companies use labour saving technologies so that they can extract the best work from you and pay as less as possible.
• You don't get a recognition for your work just 9to5 and the salary by the end of the month.
• Excessive pressure by senior officials
• Attending of immediate calls
• No family life
• Even after coming back to your home you need to attend tons of calls and reply to several mails.
• Same boring life

Freelancing advantages 

• You get a recognition for what you do
• It's all about your work the amount of time you will put in will depend upon how much you are receiving by the end of the day
• No pressure nothing just you and the work that you like
• Sometimes you get paid before you even complete the work which necessarily boosts up your moral to go for the best.
• You could access with your work from any part of the world, you just need a device and an internet connection.
• Talking about Money believe me if you're seriously dedicated towards your work you will earn 2x/or even 3x of your office salary in just more than half days of boring office work

Disadvantages of freelancing

• See nothing is permanent in this digital era, for eg; the skill that you might have adopted over years goes out of demand so naturally the chance of your getting an assignment will be harder.. but that hardly happens because you learn in the process of evolving.
• And very rare unfortunate cases like server crash or network crash which hardly happens now due to global digitalization. Internet plays an important role in every man's life. So that's it

Now we need to decide which way to go and if you're thinking of taking risk and the success rate in it, you might be partially correct but I believe that the most risky thing for the youth, in this 21st century is not to take risk.. without risk life would be normal and who wants a normal life..
