1-IN INDIA COWS ARE CONSIDERED AS GOD

 The Hindu faith in India regards the cow as sacred. According to their beliefs, 330 million gods and goddesses reside within each cow. The cow is represented in Hindu mythology as "Kamdhenu," the source of all fulfillment. Its horns stand for the four main goals of life—material prosperity, salvation, and desire—as well as the ancient Hindu texts known as the "Vedas" and their contents.

2.THE WORLDS OLDEST RELIGION IS HINDUISM 

 Hinduism is the official religion of India, and its adherents are skilled in mantras—words recited in praise of particular deities—and meditation.Furthermore, did you know that the oldest religion in the world is Hinduism?Hinduism is regarded as the oldest and third most populous religion in the world, with over a billion adherents with records that date back to 5500 B.C.

3-A PLACE IS NOT WHAT THE “TAJ MAHAL” IS

 The Taj Mahal is indeed a tomb, which is another interesting fact about India. Emperor Shah Jahan ordered the construction of the Taj Mahal in 1632 as a memorial to his late wife, Mumtaz Mahal. One of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Taj Mahal is a breathtaking representation of love and architectural brilliance. This location was embellished with about twenty-eight different kinds of precious stones, which came from sources in Tibet, China, Sri Lanka, and some regions of India. Situated in Uttar Pradesh, India, this architectural marvel is still intact and one of the greatest achievements of the Mughal Empire.

4-FIRST NATION FOR MINE DIAMOND WAS INDIA. 

Since the fourth century BC, or over a millennium ago, India has been the world's primary supplier of diamonds. The Andhra Pradesh region's Krishna River Delta is home to the pristine diamonds.

5-THEY ARE LEADERS.

 Indian culture, one of the oldest in the world, is credited with many significant discoveries and creations. One of them, which you may not be aware of, is chess. King Balhait commanded an Indian brahmin to create a game to increase people's brains. Another is wireless communication, which was invented by Sir Jagadish Chandra Bose and completely changed the way we communicate.Wireless radio communication eliminates the need for electrical lines or cables and allows people to communicate swiftly and send data across long distances.

6-NOT ALL INDIAN FOLLOW VEGETARIAN DIET 

The world's most vegetarian nation is India. Nonetheless, only over 40% of people identify as vegetarians.Indians consume a lot of fish and chicken. The only thing that is true in this situation is that there are very few restaurants that serve beef, and the ones that do may only serve buffalo meat. 

7. INDIA IS WORLDS SECOND LARGEST ENGLISH SPEAKING NATION.

 Last but not least, according to our list of interesting facts about India, did you know that it is the second-biggest English-speaking nation in the world?And so it is! Aside from the 400 languages and dialects we have previously discussed, English is the primary language spoken in the nation.
