Drift and habit watching. it is our habit that makes us and they say it is our habit that destroy us. so what to do about this habit? before we go ahead we have to understand that these habit are result of our mind. everything start from our mind, whatever happens in our body, it first start in our mind. so drift and habit watching starts in our mind and then goes into our body. you need to understand that we ourselves, our body are two things 1)computerised machine - in our body which consist of mind and mind consist of brain which is composed of tissues and we can touch it that is similar to a computer and second part is known as transidence and this is not part of mind. it is more intellectual and that guides computer i. e our mind. so our brain is composed of 2 things i. e computerised machine and second one is transidence.Both of them have different qualities and they grasp things differently and behave accordingly. a common man work like a computerised machine only and there is no harm but in that case various various lesser computers that work in conjunction to create splendid organisms doesn't work properly. How would you know whether we are computerised machine or transient. let say you working on your mind for many months or weeks and now you want to check whether you have transformed from normal computerised mind to transient mind then you have to check your day dreaming whether it is reducing or not. Are you free from various emotions? Are you free from impulse response kind of thinking? what is impulse thinking? it is thinking where somebody abuses you and you get angry and some body says good to you and you get happy. somebody abuses you is an impulse and you feeling anger is an response. somebody making tasty dish in the kitchen and your mouth waters. The smell of dish is an impulse and watering of mouth is a reaction. are you free from that? Do you have control over that? Are you free from inner dialogues in your inner centres? emotion centre and intellectual centre they keep on blabbering in our mind and we have no control over them. Are we free from frequent unwanted drifts? can we guide our mind to think the things we want them to think? if you are free from all this then we can say that we reached to that stage where our mind is free from drifts.
