I am not talking insincere smile where you fake your smile to make fool out of others or you just want to get your work done out of your selfishness. These kind of insincere smile does not fool anybody and every body get to know that its mechanical and fake  so people redivert it.Here I am talking about sincere smile which is real one that we don't fake ,which comes naturally and brightens your surroundings, a smile that comes from within and which has a good market value.

a famous psychologist told that a people who has a great smile tend to teach more and sell more. They also raise a happy children .There is far more knowledge in a smile than frown. Therefore when you encourage someone you get better result than when you give punishment to the same person. When you give punishment that person try to defend himself and will imitate to improve in front of you and as soon as you show your back that person again comes  to his or her initial state.

A Manager in big firm at Newyork has a different approach while selecting her sales person. She would rather select a 10 th pass fresher for a sales person with a great smile and positive aura than a person who has doctorate degree in the same field with serious looks.

The effect of smile is even more beautiful when it is not seen, Telephone company in Chicago used to implement a process called “Phone Power". Here employees are trained specifically works in service industry. The employees are strictly trained to smile on phone whenever they speak to their client because there smile will reflect in their voice.

Another example of a small company manager trying to find a candidate who has suitable skill to suit the job and he also find the same .during the course of interview he happily greeted that person and made him feel easy. That candidate had got several offers from big industries as well but the candidate choose to work with small company manager. When candidate joined the company then manager asked that candidate why did you choose to work with me even though you have several offers so candidate replied that other manager used to speak in a selfish serious manner like some business deal but you had a friendly approach which attracted me towards you. That's the power of smile.
