When someone ask you where are you from? and you answer to him with your naked answer that you belong to Mumbai, Delhi and you add nothing to it and suddenly a silence is created by you which make the other person bang his head because he has got not a single hint to further continue the conversation and he suddenly start gliding to the paneer plater kept at the corner, here all i want to say is when you meet someone new and the very obvious question get arised and that is “where are you form?” then you must add something about your place. lets take example if anyone ask me where i am from? then i try not give naked answer by just i am from delhi… no never i add something like that have u visited that place xyz restaurant in Delhi which is famous for xyz cuisine so now you have made the other person a bait so that he call pull the conversation further he might enquire you where is that place exactly, landmark, why is it so much? and thousands more such questions to continue the conversation.
If you have have got an opportunity to introduce two people then you must not say simply like Rahul meet anjali my friend and anjali meet rahul… they might greet each other hand but you have put them in awkward scenario because they hardly know each other and if you could have just added that rahul meet anjali she is a great writer at xyz firm and anjali meet rahul he is running a textile company so by this way you have hooked them and made them continue the conversation and this chain of discussion would might leaving the party together.
You must match the mood of other people before trying to make them do or listen to you what you want. Have you ever seen a mother shouting at a 2 month old baby by pointing figure at it no never mother's are too sensible they hold the baby in their arm and trying to match their mood with her baby and soon after sometime baby get silent.
You must constantly gaze in the eyes of women this made them feel like you are interesting to them and they might share more things to you.
All the best for your life and try to live each day fully and always feel grateful for whatever you have.
