He handled crores of hopes so well and wanted to win so badly so he threw the javelin and because of his hard work he attained success. he threw javelin with all his heart that his name will be written in history and he is no other than Neeraj chopra. He was born on 24 December 1997 at khandra village, district panipath in haryana. No body was aware of this diamond new born baby that one day he will score gold medal for our country. He was known to only lakhs of people few days back but he is famous in whole world. He has not achieved this in one night. No body knows about his struggle. when he was 12 year old he was very fat and notorious in his childhood due to this his friend use to taunt him that his face matches with the sarpanch of village. Neeraj chopra took this taunt seriously and then he started cycling 27 km every day to reach gym. Then he started staying near his gym and there he started visiting sports authority of india and suddenly started throwing javelin and shockingly he threw that javelin upto 40 m in one throw without any training then he was noticed by javelin thrower Mahavir singh and he started giving coaching to Neeraj. When neeraj was merely 16 year old he participated in world youth championship and threw javelin upto 66.75 meter but he scored 19 th rank in this championship due to this neeraj got very disappointed because he wanted to score 1st rank, wanted to win gold medal. He started practicing and again participated in asian championship at wuhan, china where he threw 70.50 metre but scored 9 th rank but still he didn't loose hope. He started practicing again and participated in asian junior championship at Vietnam in 2016 where he threw 77.50 metre and scored silver medal and in the same year 2016 he threw javelin at the range of 82.23 metre and 86.48 metre and scored 2 gold medal due to this he was appointed as subedar in army and that time neeraj told in an interview that now he is capable enough to financially support his family and practice parallely, he has 17 members in his family and this time in March 2021 he threw javelin at the range of 88.07 metre in indian grand prix and scored gold medal.
