We all have been through those times where all we do is cry for attention or just feel depressed . What do we resort to when things like this happens? We search for things that motivate us, directly or indirectly. Stuff like searching for motivational speeches or like motivation quotes come under there direct forms. So what comes under indirect methods? We tend to search good things in life but fails to understand it because our mind still cant stop things about the past. The problem is not what had happened but why we didn't understand it in the first place. But we never try to think what we could have done but instead we try to find someone to motivate us.
Nowadays you can see thousands of motivations speech's and websites so does it means there are thousands of people who needs motivation like us ? Do you think you will not be depressed anymore just because someone said you should not be ? Lets assume that it works , So now, without solving the problem of why you were sad in the first place you got over it. Don't you think it will come back again and haunt you? Its just a matter of time.
Lets take an example of solving a math problem (Its just and example don't get scared) if you cant solve a problem you tend to search for hints. Does it mean you cant solve it without hints ? No maybe if you think properly and take some time you will solve it. So you should understand that motivations are not to solve the problem but to guide you to solve the problem. Sometimes it may take time but we solved it ourselves right? So maybe we can solve our life problems on our own too.
Did you ever tried solving your problems without involving someone else? Why Don't you stand in front of you mirror, smile (I know you look good stop smiling now) and ask yourself what happened ? Why had it happened ? What can you do about it now ? The most important question of all Is this a thing that you should be sad about (Think logically)? I hope you understood what I wanted to say. what are you waiting for ? Just go , get up and talk to yourself in the mirror.
Since you love to get motivated so much I want to end this blog with a quote “The greatest motivator you know is yourself” written by me (Maybe).
