Do you know fear of"number 13 “is called triskaidekaphobia... Basically a number is an arithmetic values used for representing the quantity and used in making calculations ..But it's main application is in the study of numerology. Numerology is the belief in the divine or mystical relationship between a number and one or more coinciding events. It is often associated with the paranormal study alongside astrology. While some numbers like 7, 8 are considered lucky. Infact number 8 i's lucky in Chinese culture because Chinese word ”eight "sound like the word for wealth . Have u ever wondered  why even this phobia exists??? 

Let me take u to revisit history that has evidences to prove it why so..  Though Number  13 was considered to be unlucky in most Catholic countries the number 13."taboo" spread throughout the western culture ..Romans believed that number 13 i's associated with destruction accompanied with misfortune.. At the Last Supper, Judas, the descipile who, betrayed Lord Jesus was 13 th person to sit at the table.. Even in Norse Mythology number “13” i's considered unlucky. 

 In 16th century numerologist Peter Bungus recorded that the jews murmered, 13 times against god in the exodus from Egypt. It is also believed that number 13 Is associated with wickedness and corruption .According to old superstition a person having 13 letters in his or her name is considered  to be  cruel and inhumane ..Not convincing though but a number of murderers like Charles Manson, Jack and the ripper, Jeffrey dahmer , Theodore Bundy all had 13 letters in their name along with Adolf Hitler .

It was said so that any group of witches or vampires are made of exactly 13 members.. And many hotels skip number 13 room because of its unlucky nature.. Even in india, the Union territory Chandigarh never had a sector 13 since 1966 .But now after 54 years sector 13 has been introduced as “Mani Majra”.

Above all “Friday the 13 Th is regarded as the most unluckiest day of any Month. Adam and Eve who lived in paradise, were offered to eat forbidden apple on ”Friday "which led to their disappearance .And lastly a park ranger at Fort Smith once said "13 steps on the gallows -12 up and one down.
