Real name of my favourite singer Lucky ali is maqsood ali. lucky is his pet name since childhood. lucky was in touch with movies and acting since his childhood because he is the son of famous actor Mehmood ali. He is also nephew of famous meena kumari. since his childhood he was away from his family. His father Mehmood ali was famous comedian artist so he used to be so busy that he could barely take out time for his family. most of childrens of  film stars were staying away from home in boarding school. It will be tough for any kid to stay away from his family. There was an incident when mehmood ali went to see his son lucky ali during summer holiday but lucky ali didnt recognize him, this could be a small incident for any one but very tough for small kid lucky ali because you can't imagine how badly it can affect a young mind because this is not normal for a young boy to forget his family members specially not recognizing his father. Lucky ali also involved in bad companion during his boarding time and he got addicted to drugs, alcohol and cigarettes. lucky ali also accepted during one of his interviews that it took him so many years to get rid of smoking. I would like to tell you that there was a movie named dushman duniya ka was based on lucky ali life and story was based on drug addictions and this film was directed by his father and the majn character in the movie was also named lucky ali. This role was played by mansoor ali who is the real brother of lucky ali. lucky ali was never happy with this movie because he thought  this movie falied to depict his real life. Mehmood ali wanted lucky ali to be part of this movie but he rejected but later he sang his first play back song Nasha for the movie. Lucky ali sang songs in debut film" kaho na pyaar hai “of Hrithik Roshan and everyone knows that” ek pal ka jeena " song was so famous and lucky ali also received play back singer award for this song. lucky ali married thrice in his life and he is a father of 5 children. lucky ali has a gifted voice and you will be amazed to know that he never took training or joined any music school. i always relate to his songs and his songs touch my soul.
