World kidney day is aimed at raising awareness regarding importance of kidney. I am writing this blog so as to make everyone acknowledge how important our kidney and related awareness about how to live without kidney problem. I am doing this to keep everyone's kidney healthy.

They are place below the chest on both the sides of spine. healthy kidneys can filter blood of half glass within half n hour. Your kidney removes extra wastages and extra water in the form of urine. Your urine flow from the kidney to bladder through two thin tubes known as ureters and all this components together comprises your urinary track. Your kidney removes the harmful acids produced by cells of your body and it also balances the quantity of water, minerals like potassium, sodium, calcium and phosphorous and etc and salts in your body. Do you know if it is not balanced then muscles ,tissues and other organs will not function properly. your kidney produces many hormones that control your blood pressure , hormones that balances red blood cells and it also helps in making your bones healthy and strong. An adult person holds 400 to 500 ml of urine in his /her bladder when one touches the limit then one feel the urge to pee. An adult kidney is 12 to 15 cm in length. If your kidney suddenly stop working then your doctor says it that it is acute kidney failure or renal failure. The main function of your kidney is to filter your blood and my say this is the world most efficient and which work day and night. A Person can lead a simple and healthy life with single kidney but he have to stay fit and healthy thought his life. Behind every person with kidney disease there is even stronger family who stood with them and love them with all their heart out. More than 20 million people suffering from chronic kidney disease where they experience gradual degradation of kidney function and the end result is kidney failure.
