Yesterday i was planning to go alone to this party by local train from mira road to malad as local train in Mumbai is cheapest and fastest commodity you can choose to travel but as it was family gathering so my uncle requested me to take my nani, maami and misti(my sister) along with me in the car so i booked one consciously knowing that we might get caught in the mumbai traffic and that's what exactly happened we went for 15 km within half an hour without any traffic enjoying but then we stuck up in the jam and for merely 2 km is left to reach at our destination it took us around 1 hour but as you all we some how have to sustain this so we played the song and younger sister started dancing inside car that made us joyous and she is jo funny, misti often call out for unknown people from window seat she call them “bhaiya” and that bhaiya turn around give her a smile, kids are so much fun and full of life and finally we reached to a birthday party spot at sai palace banquet at malad and i must say this place so elegant and classy that make you feel attending some Bollywood party.
As i entered holding my grandmother's hand as she is very old, i saw every one around 70% of my family members and other 30% were unknown i greeted everyone and touched feet of my elders and had some interesting discussions with my siblings and cousins. The ambience was full of positivity, kids were running around, soft music around and everything was there you could imagine of a happy place. Then i ate paneer kabab, chicken kabab starters, juice it was all so mouthwatering. Then an organizer started playing game to make the party memorable. He gathered everyone in the center and made everyone dance and i must say it was so exhilarating, i enjoyed a lot learned new dance steps.
After that everyone stated eating, there were lot of items to eat and i must say i tasted all of them from malai burfi, chowing, biryani, papar, salad, ice cream, cake, rice, chapati, chicken and mutton gravy, panner gravy, dahi bada and many other items which i have not eaten before.Then we returned back to our home.
I thank god to give an opportunity to enjoy such a wonderful night.
