Wake up early 

There are many benefits of Waking up early in the morning. You get enough time for yourself in that time you can plan for the whole day, you can think or prepare for any issue or topic. you can complete many other household chores. You will get enough time for exercise πŸƒ. You can give time to your hobby. Once You start waking up early will see many positive changes around you. You will feel more calm and active. You can prepare your healthy breakfast 🍞 and lunch. you must list down the things you want to achieve throughout the day, your targets should not be big but make sure to give your best to complete the target . If you feel drowsy you can play any game online but I will suggest you play chess because this game teaches us how to plan a strategy to accomplish your goal.

You must Reach out and help a poor person 

If you see anyone who needs help don't hesitate to support them. Some people do many charities , lungars in Punjab so that thousands of needy people will get food, clothes etc and this should not be limited to any state, in fact, every state should start lungars. You can give your old clothes πŸ‘— to them which are of no use to use can be a reason of smile for someone.

Eat quality food and in less quantity 

You are what you eat is the appropriate proverb and this true. Eat light and healthy food and another day eat something unhealthy you will feel lazier and drowsy throughout the day. If you eat oily and spicy food that affect your thinking and that could be the reason for your depression. Try to eat one meal a day you will feel more active and positive.

Pursue a hobby

You must pursue a hobby to stay positive and motivated throughout the day. your hobby can be anything from reading books to painting etc. Your hobby is a form of meditation where you forget all your problems and you get a chance to escape from your day to day hectic schedule.

Exercise

You need to take out some time for exercise as this will benefit you in a long run. You can do stretching , pushup, running πŸƒ ,walking just try to indulge yourself in some activity. You will be more productive and energetic If you will exercise daily.
