There are types of laziness we all may go through at least once. And here is how to overcome them.

The “ I Dont know what to do” confusion.

Start by finding your center when when you hear the voice. Then, if you are still confused, embrace the sensation. Allow yourself to be completely immersed the confusion. It will be over soon and you won't even know when. And then there will be clarity.

The fear of “I just can't do this”

Laziness comes from neurotic fear. Instead of fighting for what we desire or fleeing to fight another day, obsessive fear makes us freeze. We might feel immobilized. To overcome this type of neurotic fear, admit your fear, allow yourself to feel it and then take action.

Being scared of failing or looking stupid.

If you deliberately plan to be less than you are capable of being, then i warn you that you will be deeply unhappy for the rest of your life. You will be evading your own capacities, your own possibilities.

                     ~ Abraham Maslow.

Find out about the choice you have a choice between fixed and growth. Mindsets are nothing more than beliefs. You can change your mind about your beliefs.

The “ I am tired. I don't have the energy.” attitude.

Close your eyes and observe your breathing. Embracing the lethargy is one of the best way to transcend it. You can also try grounding exercises  to unlock your energy. If that does not work, a 60 sec cold shower really changes our bio chemistry and energizes our mind.

“ I dont care about this enough”.

Connect with what is important to you if you hear this voice. You may need to develop an inspiring personal vision adn identify your personal values.

The “ I am too old to start this. It is too late” regret.

These are just your beliefs, not the facts. They are just another reason to not get started right away. Feel the sense of loss when you hear this voice and then just let it go.

“I'm too lazy for this”

When we think of stuff like this, it is a correct sign that our lazy part has hijacked our bodies. When we are centered, we are neutral. We dont define ourselves as either lazy people or achievers. We just are. Your laziness can be expressed but it never defines who we actually are.
