Earlier kings were made by showing power and capturing land, fighting but today fights are done by mind not by muscles power. If you are doing some work and another person doing the same work extraordinarily then he will automatically win this. If you want to win the fights of mind then there is a secret and we call it as "Habit". If you are very weak in studies but if  you have improved your habits then you can win the fight of mind and vice versa if you are genius and very good in studies but your habits are bad taking example of person having IQ 200 and Einstein has only 140 IQ but the person with IQ 200 didn't become successful in life because his habits was not good. He used to fight, drink etc etc. What is this habiy? we have lots of habits and how this habits are made? most of the habits are made on its own. We don't make habits intentionally. There is one habit which has engulfed the human race and we never pay attention to that and that habit is sleeping. you will never get to know this if you have not experimented this, you will realise if you dont work on your sleep timing then you can fail in your life, fall sick or unhealthy or healthy, just by working on sleep. According to zenyoga there are 6 type of sleep and one who sleep as per the type then he or she will form energy or aura accordingly. The best quality sleep is between 12 am to 4 am in the morning. According to zenyoga if you wake up during this hours then you will fall sick. so must sleep during these hours because we are not nocturnal animal. if you sleep during these hours then you will get intense sleep you will feel energised in the morning. The colour of your body or aura will be pale blue i.e very calm type. These aura can be seen by person who meditate deeply. Second type of sleep is also intense bit less than 1st type but still very intensive the timing is from 11 pm to 12 am and 4 am to 5 am. if you sleep during this hours then you will get energy and feel fresh. you should not sleep in the afternoon as it will destroy your nerve cells.
