Ayurvedic tooth powder or toothpaste are bitter astringent (versus sweet) that helps to eliminate bacteria or a bamboo tooth brush if you prefer. Now scrape your tounge with a tounge cleaner. This will remove the white coatings which are toxins accumulated overnight on your tounge improve your breathe and hygiene. swish 1 table spoon of sesame oil in your mouth for 10 mins and spit it out. oil pulling helps strengthening your teeth, gums, jaws, voice and improve the sense of taste. Use a neti pot to cleanse your nose add ยฝtsp of salt to one cup of sterile warm water. Tilt your head and pour the neti pot into one nostril and keep your mouth open to breathe. This helps with nasal congestion, cold allergies and many other respiratory problems. Clean and blow your nose and repeat with the other nostrils. Dry your face with a clean towel. apply organic oil to your face and body for almost 10 min(coconut oil for pita and sesame oil for vata and kapha). performing a self massage is an essential part of the ayurvedic routine. It nourishes and strengthen the body, encourage regular sleep pattern and stimulates internal organs and enhances blood circulation. for your shower make your natural soap with chick pea flour, plain, yogurt and turmeric powder. This paste will exfoliate moisturize your skin leaving your skin sofy, radiant and acne free. After bathing wear clean clothes, for your hair a neem comb will prevent your hair fall and dandruff. Start your day by lighting a ghee lamp. It is said that light eliminating from a ghee brings purity, prosperity and wisdom and eliminate darkness, ignorance and wisdom and eliminates darkness, ignorance and evil. sun salutations are the perfect morning exercises. along with that if you are still feeling tired and sleepy you can play chess it make your brain think and you become alert.
