1) You should not condemn, complain and criticize to any one because no will accept their fault if you directly blame them. Give them time to save their face. If you are disagree at some point or another you may first try to listen to other person and never try to interrupt in between this will make them feel normal and when they come at ease and become receptive then you should put your point carefully and sympathetically because if you shout and fight make them do opposite to their will then they will for instance try to be obedient but once u turn around they will come to their initial state.
2)Give honest and sincere appreciation : what we forget to do or ignore is that we don't appreciate others for what they are doing and this ruin your relationship take example of your mother who works daily, cook food and other lots of stuffs but we never thought of appreciating them. This will not cost of crores just few sweet words that will make other happy. An employee works so hard for their employer but all they get an additional work and they are alaways mentally tortured by their employer, employer doesn't behave and talk properly to their employee and this put additional pressure so they think of constantly switching the job. So from now onwards when you go to a restaurant and you received delicious food then you should give a hand note to your chef this will make them happy because money can't buy happiness.
3)Arouse in other person Eager want:You can't force others to do what you want them to do. If you can't arouse feeling of why they should do that particular work and eager want your all attempts will go in vain. There was a 10 year old boy who has a habbit of doing toilet in his sleep so his parents told him to sleep beside grand mother and he use to wear grandma peticoat because of his mistake so one day his grandmother thought of an idea she went to the mall along with her grand son and she asked boy what you want so he replied he want to wear pajama like his father and he also want his own bed so her grandmother bought him a pair of pajama and a bed and from that day he never wet his bed.
