1)Be A Good Listener And Encourage Others To Talk About Themselves 

You must always be a good listener and when you listen to other you learn many things about others and what they are going through in their life? Everyone is concern about their problem and no one give much importance to others problems. Now a days people are so busy with their own stuff that no one has time to really understand others issues. Now a days people are busy with their mobile they carry mobile all the time, keep on surfing and checking their notifications. we have distant so much with our relatives and friends that we hardly know what's going on in their life. every individual want a person who listen to them patiently, Do you know more you listen more you gather information. Around 90 percent of your problems solved by listening. suppose some is trying to abuse you or want to create scene out of nothing then if you remain silent for some time then you can avoid it and the other person may also feel guilty about their behavior. 

2)Talk in terms of other person intrest 

Suppose you want to complain to the person about their irresponsible conduct due to with you have incurred huge loss then you should not start your discussion with sentences full of negativity instead you should start in an affirmative way so that other person feels interested talking to you and there are more chances of solving the problems in this manner than directly shouting at another person then things get more entangled that it may not solve any time soon. Always talk in other person intrest never say to the other person that they are wrong. you should always point the mistake of others in an indirect way because no one like to be condemed always tell them that i agree with you and you both have same goal, we only differ in 1 or 2 points that we can discuss and solve in this way you are giving importance to other person and he will become receptive and will try to understand your problem and the chances of winning the argument increases phenomenally. If you are directly tell them about your problem then no one is going to pay attention until and unless you show them how they will get benifited by your problem.
