1)Take sunlight 

Yes, sunlight creates an effect on the body to stay alert. You should take sunlight every morning ๐ŸŒ…. as soon as you wake up open all your windows and entrances let the fresh air come in don't imprison yourself in a suffocating environment where there is poor ventilation and an insufficient amount of oxygen. Go outside in an open space where you can see the sunrise ๐ŸŒ…. You know what if you have made this habit of watching sunrise daily except on rainy โ˜” or cloudy day you will get a huge benefit from this, your body gets vitamin D which is not produced inside your body and also try to gaze sun for 5 to 10 minutes it not only refreshes you but also benefits your eyes ๐Ÿ‘€ ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ.

If you feel drowsy in the office what you can do is try to change your sitting position sit straight and face toward the window where there is sufficient light because if you sit and work in a dark environment your body feels low in energy ๐Ÿ”‹ just take a walk outside the office to get fresh air and sunlight.

2) Work on your ๐Ÿ• food

Look nothing in this world is free you will have to sacrifice something in return. If you want to stay alert and active then you must consume less in the afternoon and if you can't eat less try something light and healthy eat it as much as you can this will not only give you satisfaction but also help you to stay alert all day long. Don't eat after 4 pm or last to 6 pm because if you eat after this time that will only harm your body. you can drink water in case you feel hungry.

3)play chess

Yes, you read it right ๐Ÿ‘‰ chess keeps you alert and awakens your brain ๐Ÿง  your brain starts working as soon as you play chess. if you are feeling drowsy in the office or early in the morning you can give it a try and thanks me later.

4) Excercise daily

Exercise at least for 15min and trust me this will benefit you in a long run. Do normal stretching this will regulate your oxygen level in the blood, it will help you to stay active all day long.

5)keep yourself busy

You need to work on something don't give rest to yourself ๐Ÿง , indulge yourself in some productive work
