Hi friends 🙂, welcome back to my new blog. Todays topic is sleep mistakes you didn't know you made( part- 2 ) and I have shared part 1 of this topic in my previous blog….. if needed just go and check it friends. And without any further delay let we straightly jump into the topic…….

  •  UNCOMFORTABLE MATTRESS 

       Yes friends , uncomfortable mattress is also one of the reason behind big sleeping mistakes. It's completely true , because a bad quality products of mattress will heal you to worst sleeping moment . Even it can lead a bad health to you . So to avoid this always try to buy a good quality products of mattress where you invest a good and bright future. In thought process of saving money please don't spoil your health. Really it will be very uncomfortable for you to sleep. Even it will be very irritating to you while sleeping and it may cause a back pain and neck pains.

  • READING BOOKS 

      After hearing this , you have some little bit shock in you, because usually we all know that before bed time reading book is the best habit. But it's not 100% true , reading will make your mind in very curious and exitement mode that depends upon the book you prefer. Somewhat this is completely equal to watching movies and playing games in mobile. So  if you are a book addicts then it is better for you to read atleast an half an hour before your bed time . 

  •  USING SLEEPING AIDS 

        Thousands of people deal with stress . With the help of over the counter sleep aids . However there are several reasons why it's not the best idea. First of all your body will most likely develop a tolerance to sleep medications and soon ,they won't have any effect on you. Secondly , the day after you will feel tired and sluggish , which won't benefit your productivity. And finally , after a sleeping pil, the quality of your rest will be much worse than it would have been if you had fallen to sleep naturally.

  • NOT HAVING A SLEEP ROUTINE 

         When it comes to sleep , it's crucial to have a routine and even more importantly ,stick to it. Keep in mind that you're supposed to not only go to bed, but also to wake up at the same time every day. The sad truth is that when you have a erratic sleep schedule , it can confuse your internal clock and lead to sleep disorders. 

  •    NAPPING 

       Napping ia an entirely normal, and often healthy , routine . But if your naps are regular and last longer than half an hour , they can mess up your sleep at night. Statistically , people who like having naps during the day . So unless you need it really bad avoid napping in the afternoon. And if you do , don't make it longer than 10 minutes,this is enough time for your body to recharge.
