 I am here to give basic information about Online Banking or you can say Digital Banking . The key word “Online” or "Digital" it shows us that we can do our transactions from our smartphone and computers or laptop, it is very much popular now a days due to pandemic situation. We often use Online Banking services to pay our bills , fund transfer through various popular mode such as IMPS , UPI , NEFT, RTGS ,etc. 

But many times we have to face certain problems like Fraud Transactions , Transaction fail, Server low , etc.

Now a days many people prefer traditional banking than online banking because they fell it is secure way of doing transactions. But Online Banking is more convenient way of doing transactions we get 24*7 access. We can check bank account balance , we can pay , we can do fund transfer and many more.i

Today, I will discuss about Fraud Transactions which can happen with you anytime. So be careful and note down the mistake which you may  do in your day to day lifestyle.

1. Never share your user id and password with anyone , not to the bank employees , in fraud calls , and  in casual websites or any such unauthorised platforms.
2. Never share your OTP ,  ATM Card pin ,  Card number ,  expiry date , CVV NO. with anyone.
3. Before inserting your ATM card please check the ATM MACHINE carefully , is there any extra part is attached or not and hide ATM MACHINE . Hide Number Pad before entering your ATM Pin because it might be possible that,  there is a hidden camera.
4. While doing Offline shopping or going to any resturant , do not give your card to the merchant. They can clone your card details, tell them to bring there Pos machine and you can swip and hide Pos Machine before entering your card pin. 
5. Do not write your ATM PIN , USER ID PASSWORD, UPI PIN ETC. ANYWHERE PLEASE.
6. Your  Card carring   very sensitive details of your Account so don't be so casual and trust anyone . In our Day to Day lifestyle we are making many Mistakes and providing our information data to the fraudsters.
7. Please turn off your International Transaction mode from your Debit card or Credit card unless you need it . Many frauds are happening now a days.
8. Never download any Remote Apps like AnyDesk on any third party request , with this they can control your device and do fraud.
9. Never click any unauthorised links .
