In a kingdom far-off, lived a monstrous dragon who had been the object of rage for generations. no one ever lived long in that kingdom; until one day, when a young man, full of bravery and enthusiasm, meant to kill the odious beast.
To all this came a young man teetering on the brink of despair and asked for his help from from a wise old magician who promised to know a secret: to win against the dragon, perhaps only he could withdraw from a secret place the ancient and magic signet-ring of king Solomon.
A young man, quite desirous of proving a point concerning his braveness, did embark matter-of-factly in to the journey, which he considered very perilous, for the ring. He finally located the ring after much search, with the help of the help of wise magician's instructions. He confronted the dragon armed with the ring.
Moral: Beware of those who seek to manipulate you for their own gain.
But as he was about to do the final blow, a beautiful fairy maid appeared and intervened. she told the young man, the dragon was actually her brother- an atomic magician, he actually has been sent out to get the ring so that he himself could take the treasure of the dragon.
Moral: look beyond faces, do not get deceived by the ones who appear to help.
The fairy, ny the power of the ring, broke the spell casted on the dragon which had turned the dragon into a monster. Back to its true form went the tender creature and the young man saw how it was. The fairy rewarded him not for killing the dragon, for avowing the truth and not yielding to the greediness of the magician.
Moral: True bravery is recognizing the truth and doing what is right, even its hard.
its therefore a waring against those that would want to take advantage and get the better of others, a warning to everybody to keep their eyes and ears open for the truth, even if it will not end as anticipated. Though these meaningful lessons, redemption was attained by the young man, who won the respect of fairy and the dragon.
The element of suspense and surprise is introducing through the embedded narration, where the fairy revealing about the dragon to the young man, at the right time. And the young man took a second to think what was he doing. then the whole scenario, taking a turn to show “the importance of searching for the truth”; instead of acting blindly according to the instructions of those who may have other motives or doesn't know what really is the situation.
